The BioCyc Genome Database Collection, developed by SRI International (Stanford Research Institute), is a collection of databases containing genetic information, metabolic pathways and other information along with integrated software tools that can be used for data browsing, searching, analysis and visualisation.

We have opened a bookbinding repair station in the Library. Our most valuable and damaged books are rescued by Ms Agnieszka Kownacka, a qualified specialist with many years’ experience, who works as a library assistant in the library of the Nencki Institute on a daily basis. Ms Kownacka repairs spines, entire bindings and individual pages of books by hand, using bookbinding materials and tools.
Below are the results of the repair work.
After subsequent partial selection of the collection, the Library has dozens of Polish and foreign books and journals to be donated for free. Please, see the attachment.
Materials can be picked up at the Library (room 36) until February 3rd (Friday).
