EBSCO eBooks Open Access Monograph Collection (open in new tab)

The Nencki Institute has gained access to the EBSCO eBooks Open Access Monograph Collection created in collaboration with university and scientific publishers.

The collection contains a collection of multidisciplinary eBooks, available in the Open Access model. It offers access to over 2500 titles on a wide range of topics.

Jan Bienias M.A. has retired (open in new tab)

After 54 years of working in the Library of the Nencki Institute (including: 30 years as the head), Jan Bienias, M.Sc. has retired. On 30 December 2021 the Library staff prepared a modest farewell, presenting Mr Jan with small gifts to thank him for his joint work.

We kindly inform you that the Library will be closed from December 23-27, 2024.
We would like to invite you again on Monday, December 30.
On December 31 and January 2 and 3, 2025, the Library will be open as usual, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
